By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.1. Services Provided - Anywhere Physio provides online physiotherapy consultations, assessments, and rehabilitation guidance for musculoskeletal conditions.Virtual physiotherapy may not be appropriate for all injuries. If during assessment it becomes clear that virtual care is unsuitable, you may be advised to seek in-person medical care.2. Professional Scope - Advice provided during consultations is based on the information provided by the client and the physiotherapist's clinical judgment. Services provided by Anywhere Physio do not replace emergency medical care, medical diagnosis from a doctor, or in-person treatment when clinically required. If you require in-person treatment, you will be informed.3. Payments - All appointments and programs must be paid for in advance through the booking system. Prices are displayed on the website and may be updated periodically.4. Runner Return Program
The Runner Return Program is designed to provide structured rehabilitation and guidance following injury. If the client purchases the full program but it is determined during the assessment that: The injury cannot be managed virtually, or the condition falls outside the scope of this service, the client will receive a partial refund. In this case, the £120 assessment fee will be retained and the remaining balance will be refunded. This reflects the time and professional assessment already provided.5. Client Responsibility - Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate health and injury information, Following guidance safely and responsibly, Informing the physiotherapist of any worsening symptoms as early as possible, Exercise programs should be performed within personal comfort and ability.6. Limitation of Liability - While professional care is provided, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Anywhere Physio is not responsible for injuries, damages, or complications arising from failure to follow guidance or from undisclosed medical conditions.7. Changes to Services - Anywhere Physio reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or website content at any time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations With More Than 24 Hours Notice - If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive: a full refund, or the option to reschedule your appointment.2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours - If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment once without charge by informing [email protected] of your cancellation or reschedule request.3. Multiple Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments - If an appointment is cancelled late more than once, or if a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment, the booking will be considered used and no refund will be issued. This policy exists because appointment slots are reserved exclusively and cannot usually be filled at short notice.4. Late Arrival - If you are late to your appointment, the consultation may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
